The Hive Hot Pack | Managing & Soothes Period Cramps

Welcoming our new addition in our period kit! This hot pack is designed to manage and relieve menstrual cramps. The reaction of the ingredients will give out heat, warms the skin underneath and soothes period pain until they go away on their own.

Product features:

• Contains 2 herbal ingredients (organic flaxseeds & dried lemongrass)
• Lasts up to 3-4 hours
• Net weight: 240 grams
• Dimensions: 32cm x 13 cm
• Goes in the microwave before use

The outer case is removable and washable. It is made using 100% cotton and in the insert is made with cotton muslin ( a utility woven cotton fabric that is breathable)

Ingredients:

• Organic flaxseeds (no filler)
• Dried lemongrass
• The aroma of the herbs will fade over time, but the effectiveness of hot therapy remains

Instructions:

• Warm in the microwave for 1 minute. If necessary, heat for an additional 10 seconds until the appropriate temperature is obtained. Apply for 20 minutes to the sore regions, remove and wait for at least 20 minutes
• To wash: Remove the inner lining, and wash in cool water. Hang dry or place in a delicate bag in the dryer
