Baking soda, also known as sodium bicarbonate or soda bicarbonate is about 3-4 times as strong as baking powder. They are typically used in a recipe that contains acidic ingredients such as yogurt, citrus juice, sour cream and etc. 

They are well known its versatility as they can also be used as a cleaning household, whitening agent for your homemade toothpaste powder, homemade deodorant, cleaning kitchen supplies, and even removing the dirty stains on your clothes effectively!

Example: Air freshener

• Use a small jar with a cap with holes.
• 20gr baking soda.
• 10–15 drops of your favorite essential oils.

How to check if the baking soda is in a good condition:

• Mix 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 2 teaspoons of vinegar/lemon juice and if the mixture bubbles immediately, your baking soda is good to use. 

Care instructions:

• Place in a dry, airtight container to retain its optimum freshness
• Best to use within 6 months upon receiving the product. 
• Avoid the product from direct sunlight.
