- Orders for RM150 and above for Peninsular Malaysia
- Orders for RM 250 and above for Borneo
- Orders for RM400 and above for Singapore.
Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours from the time of successful order.
There’s no minimum order.
- Peninsula Malaysia: Flat fee rate up to 3kg is RM10.
- Singapore : Flat fee rate up to 4kg is RM40
*Delivery time by our shipping partners may take longer than expected during festive seasons.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES
The Hive Bulk Foods guarantees complete satisfaction with your purchases.
If the received item(s) are not as expected, we offer 2 option:
- 1-to-1 Product Exchange, or
- 100% refund.
To exchange item (subject to availability) or request for refund, please email the following details to email@example.com within 7 days;
– Your Name
– Contact Number
– Order ID
– State your reason to exchange or refund. We will response to your email within 2 business days.
1. Return Shipping Fees,
Buyer shall bear for the return postage. The Hive Bulk Foods shall bear for the replacement product postage; Return product is subject to stock availability. If the stock is not available at that time, buyer has option to replace other product and buyer shall pay for the price balance, and confirm back to seller as stated policy in payment page. Please read further for details.(For example, return item priced at RM20, replaced item priced at RM30, buyer shall pay for the addition RM10 to The Hive Bulk Foods before item ship out.)
2. For Refund,
Buyer will receive the refund payment once we received the returned item(s) and confirmed the item(s) qualified as stated in Return Policy condition. Once the returned item(s) is qualified, The Hive Bulk Foods shall make full refund to buyer within 3 business days;
